Payments must be made in accordance with the invoice terms.
Additional charges may apply for delays, changes, or special handling.

4. Shipment Conditions

Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse any illegal, prohibited, or hazardous shipments.
All goods must be properly packed; fragile items must be declared.
Insurance is optional but recommended.

5. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or external circumstances.
Limited liability applies to lost or damaged items unless insurance has been purchased.
In no event shall our liability exceed the value declared or insured.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours before scheduled services.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to service stage and costs already incurred.
